Women2Women was established in 2011 by eleven women in the Berks County community to affect change in women’s leadership roles and meet women where they are within the Greater Reading community.
These eleven women formed Women2Women for ALL women and decided there would be no fee for membership so every woman in Berks could be included. The organization now consists of a diverse group of women of all ages and backgrounds representing various companies, groups and organizations totaling over 6,700. Women2Women, inclusive of the Latina community through De Mujer a Mujer, provides opportunities for professional and personal growth. The special program supported by the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance staff allows women a safe zone to speak their minds in a non-judgmental and mentored surrounding.
