    & ATHENA Award


    A daylong event offering notable keynote speakers, workshops and a chance to take the time to learn to work smarter and live better. Every year we honor an ATHENA recipient who is nominated for attaining professional excellence, community service and for actively assisting women in their achievement of professional excellence.

  • Latina Initiatives


    Our Latina Initiatives Committee and members are the bridge to the Latina community in and around Berks County. De Mujer A Mujer - Estableciendo Conexiones (translated Women2Women – Establishing Connections) are monthly meetings showcasing local women who share their life stories, obstacles and successes. New for 2018-2019 is the addition of professional development workshops through the year and the first-ever Latina Lifestyle Conference and Expo in July to end the program year!

    Developing more women leaders is the mission of Women2Women and many of our events will leave you with takeaways to apply to your professional life. Whether you are going to ask for that raise, join a volunteer group or build your own business our events will offer the tools to take with you.

    Developing the women in our community also means more than concentrating on professional advances. Some of our events have a personal development focus and the women offering these presentations will discuss work/life balance, transitioning careers and more.

  • Lean In Circles


    These intentionally curated and facilitator-led groups are comprised of 12-14 women leaning in to learn, grow and support each other in a communicative and trusting atmosphere. Curriculum is provided by the Lean In Foundation founded by Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO, and Rachel Thomas, technology entrepreneur. Updated yearly, the curriculum is a growing library of lectures offering participants practical skills applicable to professional and personal lives.
